Google hits back at Viacom over YouTube – Taking it to a jury
Via TechCrunch: Google refused to back down today, telling Viacom it will settle the YouTube lawsuit in front of a jury instead of settling. YouTube’s entire business model is at stake, so it seems this was the only decision Google was left with, as there is no way Viacom was going to let YouTube continue as is.
